Opening Up

A cloaked figure pushed through the crowd of people in the street, until coming to the Arms of Glory weaponry shop. The figure rummaged through its' bag for a key. Taking it out, it unlocked the shop and walked in. Uncloaking herself, Lady Rento sighed in approval as she looked over the shop. It was a long time since she had been here, since she and her father, the real owner, was on a long deserved vacation. Her father, needing to take care of some business, left her in charge for now. She smiled and set the keys down at the front table. Looking around, she noted that the store needed some cleaning up. A few months off and the place had already accumulated some amount of dust. Shaking her head, she looked around for a broom and started to sweep up the floor. Thinking about how much she had missed, she wondered if anybody new would show up. I wonder if that Silver Rogue guy is still here...and Lady Tia too.

Lady Tia was walking through the streets of Levra in a disguise. Go figure... She was making her way back to the palace so she could get some rest. Not like she wasn't able to function well on little sleep, though. As she passed the lighted shop that was the Arms of Glory... Lighted? Lady Tia stopped dead in her tracks outside the shop. She rubbed her eyes and looked at the shop again. Still lighted. Ah, Lady Rento must be back. It's been a while since I've seen her. She knocked on the shop door, not wanting to be rude and waltz in, in the middle of the night, just in case Lady Rento was busy.

There was no one to answer the door, so Lady Tia took a peek to see if she fell asleep. To her surprise, she sees Captain Le in his white tunic. She can make out some of the words they're saying.

"Protect this with your life. It is an item of great importance for the both of us and Corpavale. When the time comes the relic will glow to signify the coming day of a prophesied battle between the Knights of Corpavale against a Dark and dangerous enemy of the Commonwealth. Always keep it hidden, never shown in public. You are now the new Keeper of the Glaveo os Olympus."

As Captain Le finishes his sentence, he disappeared in a form of a white energy being and vanishes.

Eeeeeh? What was that? Phophesized battle? ... Eh, oh well. Lady Tia left and headed back to the palace.

So... He is the Wielder..... Hah....nothing more than a knight of he commonwealth. I need to keep this one under watch. A lone figure thought, watching the entire scene unfold.

A Corpavalian messenger walked up to the Silver Knight.

"Excuse me are you the Silver Knight? I have a message for you." *hands letter*

"Wait... How did you- Nevermind. " He said, and bopped the messenger's head. "As common sourtesy implies, you WAIT UNTIL PEOPLE HAVE FINISHED BEING MYSTERIOUS, THEN GIVE THEM THE MESSAGE!!!"

"My deepest apologies." said the guard.

The Silver Knight opens the letter and reads:

"Dear Brother, If you are reading this then I'm probable dead. I had stayed over at a old Spartan Order Fortress to investigate a possible Dark Knight activity hot spot. I knew it was a trap but I went anyway and if you are reading this then it's proof that I have been killed. Know this that I'll always watch over you, fighting along side you during the battles to come. - Brother Le"

"Sir there's also another letter I forgot to give you" *hands letter*

The Silver Knight also opens this letter and reads:

"Dear Brother, after I left the Temple and arrived at the fort I have discovered several surviving Spartans lying on the ground unconscious spared from Dark Knight attacks. I don't know why or how but these Spartans are from the time of the Battle of Thermopylae. Upon discovering them, I sense the Dark Knights didn't leave so I had them transported to Mithos Temple to be care for by the priests there before they attack. I knew the Spartans will prove useful for the Order so I sent them to the Temple for you to get. There's a small High Guard Defense Force there but I've already told them that you will be coming. Good luck Brother. - Brother Le"

"Boy. When did this man die?" Silver knight asked, holding a dagger to the messenger's throat.
"Either tell me or face a thousand years of pain."

The messenger answered in a scared tone:

"Three...days ago. I was with him during the search...with several other men...under his command. We were investigating a possible enemy meeting within an old fort that was battle ridden. When we arrived there were many men dead, only a few survived and helped by Captain Le and his men when we were attacked by Dark Knights. Captain Le had me take the surviving men back to Mithos Temple and cared for them until I delivered these letters to you."

The messenger was sweating now.

"Lead me to the temple then, boy. I have no time to waste." He said, returning his dagger to it's sheath and his eyes began to glow with a dark green color. "Hurry."

"Right. This way."

Both the Silver Knight and the messenger rode to the Temple. When they got there, they were greeted by two men, wearing the same identical uniforms, standing guard in front of the Temple Gate. The messenger gave them identification on each other.

Guard: "Alright you're clear head on in."

The Temple Gate opened and the Silver Knight and the messenger entered. The messenger guided the Silver Knight to the Temple's Infirmary wing where the surviving Spartans were being treated for wounds by the Temple Priestesses.

"SPARTANS!!! Who has done this?" He asks.

Spartan: "Who are you? Why are we here?"

"I am your new commander. I am the Silver Knight Zero." He replied strong and true.

Spartan: "Zero huh. You indeed have the fire that only burns in Sparta." *Spartan looks around the room* "What happened to King Leonidas?"
